More Details on Our Top Picks
-
Klein Tools Magnetic Hollow Nut Drivers
These drivers are the gold standard for anyone spending their day working with long bolts. The hollow shaft design lets threaded rods pass through, giving you reach that standard drivers simply cannot match.
They feel like an extension of your hand once you get them under a drill. While the color-coded handles make selection quick, the set takes up a bit more room in a tool bag than compact, bit-based drivers.
- Brand Name:Klein Tools
- Product Type:Nut Driver Set
- Component Count:6-Piece
- Additional Feature:SAE sizing
- Additional Feature:Extended reach shafts
- Additional Feature:Impact rated
-
DeWalt 4.5-Inch Angle Grinder
You need this grinder if your work involves consistent metal fabrication or cutting through stubborn masonry. Its one-touch guard adjustment is a significant time-saver, allowing you to reposition the shield without fumbling for tools or secondary levers.
The motor provides enough torque to handle demanding tasks without bogging down. Just be aware that it lacks a variable speed trigger, so it operates at full intensity the moment you flip the switch.

Klein Tools Mini Canvas Bucket
Think of this as the junk drawer for your tool belt. It is perfect for keeping loose hardware, wire nuts, or specialty fasteners within arm's reach while you are up on a ladder.
The leather bottom provides the rigidity needed to prevent the bag from collapsing or getting punctured by sharp screws. It stays open and accessible, though you should keep it clipped securely to avoid spilling contents if you move quickly.

Klein Tools Cushion Grip Awl
Every serious technician needs a reliable scratch awl for marking drill holes or prying apart stubborn debris. This tool is a workhorse, featuring a heavy-duty shank that stands up to significant prying and scraping without bending.
The cushion grip handle offers excellent leverage and comfort during repetitive marking tasks. It is a simple tool, but the quality of the steel ensures it stays sharp and useful for years.

Klein Tools 14-in-1 Multi-Driver
If you want to lighten your load, replace a handful of individual drivers with this versatile tool. It houses multiple bits and nut driver sizes inside a magnetic handle, ensuring you have the right fit for almost any common fastener.
The internal magnet keeps bits from falling out, which is a common frustration with lesser multi-tools. Because it relies on stacking bits, it might feel slightly bulkier than a dedicated screwdriver in tight corners.

The jaw design provides a firm grip on stubborn wire while maintaining a sharp edge for clean stripping. They are slightly heavier than standard pliers, but the durability you get in exchange is worth the trade-off.
